Linda Fersch
President

Hometown: Farm near Sunset House, AB
Linda Fersch is a well-versed and diverse entrepreneur, business owner, and professional with more than 30 years of experience with private, public, and non-profit organizations. She has developed a deep passion for using creativity to achieve solutions in business and is eager to continue her growth and leadership in this sector.
Raised on a grain farm near Elrose, Saskatchewan by hardworking parents she learned the value of community and humility. Graduating from high school in 1985, she relocated to Medicine Hat, Alberta where she enrolled in the Business Management course at Medicine Hat College.
Linda’s working history began in the banking industry working at Servus CU and later with ATB Financial. During the early years of raising three sons, she took a position with the Prairie Rose School Division based in Oyen, AB successfully handling all payroll, procurement, asset management, and more.
Mid-career, Linda was recruited by the 4-H Foundation of Alberta to assist with the administration and management of several departments operating within the organization reporting to a Board of Directors.
While managing her family and full-time day-job, her entrepreneurial spirit continued to be a driving force. Linda assisted with the growth and development of many companies in the construction, trades, agriculture, transport, and oil & gas service industries in Western Canada throughout her entire career.
As she gained experience, Linda learned to strategize, create effective systems, and assist stakeholders in discovering new goal pathways.
Presently, Linda owns and operates Head Office Corporate Services and resides in her country home 90 minutes northeast of Grande Prairie, Alberta where she remotely connects with clients and her team.
Having become a well-rounded professional in the business world, Linda carries in-depth knowledge, interpersonal communication skills, and leadership abilities. She has nurtured and developed a dedicated team of administrative and accounting professionals and looks forward to new opportunities in business and beyond.
In her free time, Linda enjoys time with her husband, children and grandchildren, weekend adventure, fishing, hunting, cooking, or gardening. She is also a member of Rotary International, Grande Prairie Chamber of Commerce, Alberta Construction Safety Association, and Canadian Association of Custom Harvesters.
Jennifer Rose
Manager

Education/Training: University of Athabasca Bachelor of Commerce Accounting
Hometown: Grande Cache, AB
Jennifer works closely with our valued clients assisting business owners discovering new ways to accomplish their goals. Jennifer is passionate about helping others, being organized while learning and growing in all aspects of her life. She has over 20 years of bookkeeping, administration and is our go to for technical support!
Jennifer has worked in multiple construction-based industries including oil & gas services, yacht building and has touched on other industries including rental and publishing. Jennifer is currently enrolled in the University of Athabasca Bachelor of Commerce Accounting undergraduate program to attain her Accounting Certification.

Laura Vekved

Hometown: Grande Prairie, AB
Laura is well-versed in safety program development, organizational processes, teamwork, and integration. She has demonstrated a strong ability to identify areas for improvement, while making recommendations for implementation.
Throughout her experience working in the health and safety profession she has been responsible for the development and management of many health and safety management systems in different industries. She effectively measures, manages, and develops efficient elements of health and safety systems.
Laura is a key resource to our clients as an external auditor for the ACSA and provides crucial knowledge and support to business owners to build and manage their health and safety programs for all types of industries. She has worked in various customer service roles over her career developing a strong communication mindset. One notable project she was involved with was the development of the 2019 COR Audit tool for the Alberta Construction Safety Association. Laura worked with a COR certifying partner for five years prior to re-locating back home to Grande Prairie.
Having the ability to independently multi-task and meet deadlines allows her to effectively manage all tasks.
Connie Atwood

Connie has worked on large projects within the $20 million dollar range and is known for her ability to reconcile and rectify issues that can arise managing such projects.
Through past and current experience Connie has worked in property rentals, real estate (sales), land development & construction (commercial, industrial & residential), trucking, equipment rental, pharmacy, Oil and gas, Electrical & Instrumentation, Tubular pipe inspections and repairs, plumbing, and small farm accounting.
Connie is a versatile team member and easily adapts to the task at hand!
Tina Bridal
Payroll Department

Hometown: Grande Prairie, AB
Tina has bookkeeping and payroll experience working with small to medium sized companies in the trades and construction industry primarily in Alberta and British Columbia.
Throughout her career her focus and passion has been working in Payroll, Human Resources and Health Safety related positions.
Tina has completed the Applied Business Technology course at Okanagan University College in Kelowna, BC in 2004 and the Payroll Administration course at Okanagan College in Vernon, BC in 2011. With 15+ years of administration and 10+ years of payroll/bookkeeping experience, Tina brings well rounded skills to our team.
Tina is a self-driven, dependable, and hardworking member of our team!
Tessa Venning

Tessa has a wide variety of experience from Office Administrator to Safety Coordinator, and lots in between. She started as an Administrative Assistant in 2012 and since then has completed her diploma in Construction Engineering Technology and worked in roles such as: Project Coordinator, Safety Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, IT Support, and Office Administrator – primarily in the construction field.
She continues to educate herself with evolving technology to stay ahead of the game and is always open to new learning opportunities to help better herself and to help her succeed in her role.
Alisha Fersch
