Linda founded Head Office Corporate Services because she kept seeing the same frustrating pattern: hardworking business owners drowning in spreadsheets and compliance obligations, with no clear picture of what was actually happening with their money.
With 30+ years of experience in finance, operations, and leadership across construction, trades, agriculture, and oil and gas, Linda knew there had to be a better way. She started Head Office Corporate Services to bridge the gap between bookkeeping and real financial leadership, giving business owners the clarity and confidence to grow without the complexity.
Raised on a grain farm in Saskatchewan, Linda has a personal understanding of the industries she serves. Today, she leads a skilled team of professionals who share her commitment to helping businesses succeed. She believes business owners deserve to make decisions with confidence, not guesswork.

Linda Fersch has over 30 years of experience helping businesses in construction, trades, agriculture, and oil and gas grow and succeed. She founded Head Office Corporate Services to provide growing companies with the financial clarity, systems, and strategic guidance they need to scale with confidence.
Raised on a grain farm near Elrose, Saskatchewan, Linda learned the value of hard work, community, and humility from an early age. After graduating high school in 1985, she enrolled in the Business Management program at Medicine Hat College, launching a career that would span banking, education, nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Linda’s career began in the banking industry with Servus Credit Union and ATB Financial. She later took a position with Prairie Rose School Division, where she successfully handled payroll, procurement, and asset management. Mid-career, she was recruited by the 4-H Foundation of Alberta to manage financial administration for multiple departments and funds, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
Throughout her career, Linda worked with numerous companies in construction, trades, agriculture, transport, and oil and gas across Western Canada. She developed expertise in financial administration, operational systems, and strategic planning. Striving for better work-life balance and driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Linda founded Head Office Corporate Services to bridge the gap between bookkeeping and real financial leadership.
Today, Linda owns and operates Head Office Corporate Services from her home north of Grande Prairie, Alberta, where she connects remotely with clients and her team. She has built a dedicated team of accounting and administrative professionals who share her commitment to helping businesses succeed. Linda is a member of the Grande Prairie Chamber of Commerce, Alberta Construction Safety Association, and Canadian Association of Custom Harvesters.
In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, as well as fishing, hunting, cooking, and gardening.
