I’m Linda Fersch, the owner of Head Office Corporate Services. It’s great to meet you! Let me take you on a quick journey through my career timeline and share how Head Office can support your business growth.
My Career Journey
I grew up on a grain farm in central Saskatchewan during the 70’s and knew the value of hard work, the simple pleasure of country living and the importance of community.
My father was the operations manager for what was considered a large grain farming operation back then of approx. 3500 acres, owned by the Sears family from Kentucky, USA. He could fix just about anything and was meticulous in everything he did and I admired these traits in him.
My mother was a Bachelor of Education graduate from the University of Saskatoon and taught Home Economics for the Eston-Elrose School Division. My mother made sure I understood the importance of an education, hard work, and commitment and I am grateful to her, as these qualities have served me well.
After graduating with a Business Admin Diploma, majoring in accounting, I landed one of my first jobs at a public-school division in central Alberta. Starting my career fresh out of college was both exciting and challenging. Thankfully, I had an amazing mentor, Frank Booth, the Executive Director at the time, who guided me through the practical aspects of the job and set me on the path to success.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to have incredible mentors and business coaches who have taught me valuable strategies, effective systems, and the art of assisting stakeholders in achieving their business goals and growth plans. Of course, it wasn’t always easy. Building my career while raising three amazing sons meant sacrificing countless late nights and early mornings. As a strong and independent woman, I was determined to do it all on my own, but I’ve come to realize that we’re not meant to handle everything alone.
Outsourcing and seeking support from experts became my new perspective. It’s okay to embrace what you’re good at and delegate the rest. We don’t have to solve every problem or shoulder every responsibility alone. By accepting support and coaching, just as I did, you’ll witness the incredible impact it can have on your business and personal life.

Striving for a better work-life balance and driven by my entrepreneurial spirit, I founded Head Office Corporate Services in 2014. My vision was to create a work environment where I could lead, develop, and support a team of skilled accounting professionals while providing essential guidance and mentorship to business owners, helping them grow and achieve success.
At Head Office Corporate Services, we go beyond bookkeeping and accounting. Our mission is to help business owners across western Canada overcome a variety of operational challenges. With over 30 years of business experience working within private, public, and non-profit sectors with a focus in the construction, trades, transport and agricultural industries, our satisfied clients appreciate accessing a full team of skilled administrators and accounting professionals who can provide a comprehensive range of services.
